Carron Lee is the Founder of BI Guidance. She has been in the pest management industry for more than 20 years. She is equipped with pest management knowledge and not forgetting her passion in doing business development in the industry.

On top of that, she has recently embarked her new journey in sustainable business. She is an Associate Director - Sustainable Products Specialist and responsible for the growth of Global GreenTag (GGT) products certification. GGT is a well known recognized international green products certification. 

Carron Lee obtains a B.A.Sc (Hons) Entomology from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is the consultant in pest management industry and supports pest control companies on technical and business development perspectives. Her experiences extended to facility management services, independent body perspectives on testing, inspection, certification and verification processes. She is the Managing Director of UBE Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd, a consulting company specialising in pest sustainability consultancy and a Principal Trainer of BI Guidance Sdn Bhd. She is a certified HRD Corp trainer.

Carron Lee is currently the Council Member of Malaysia Green Building Council (malaysiaGBC) and the Chair of webinar committee. She is also the Co-Chair of Academy & Research of Development committee in the council. On top of that, she is one of the founding members; Vice President of Malaysian Professional Society of Urban Biology (MYPROSUB). She is the past Exco member of Pest Management Association Malaysia (PCAM) and Treasurer of Licensed Fumigators Association Malaysia (LIFAM).
 
She believes in the saying 'Passion never fails'. On top of that, she always believe everyone has to balance their life, family, career and our own leisure time.
